You can choose only one institution on the application form, and explain your interests in your personal statement.
Mostly length and the context in which they are used. A resume is typically 1-2 pages and is used in business, industry, and government contexts. A CV (Curriculum Vita) can be many pages and is typically used in college and university contexts. Either is fine for this application. You can find a resume template and some tips and suggestions on the Applications Tips + Templates page.
We unfortunately cannot accept students who have received their degree before the program starts. If you are graduating in December (after the program) you are still eligible to apply.

Yes! We do not require you to be a student at one of the institutions listed to apply. If your application is accepted, the program will cover travel expenses to the STROBE institution to which you were accepted.
Have your letter writer email their letter to strobe.surs@jila.colorado.edu. The application will ask for the name and email address of your letter writer.
We are currently accepting applications from both US citizen and non-citizen undergraduates, but will likely only have a few spaces for applicants who are not US citizens or permanent residents.
